Our commitments regarding our fees
We adopt a policy of openness regarding our fees ; they are clearly defined in advance with you:
- • as far as possible, through a fixed price
- • when it is not possible, through a provisinal budget and rules that lead to determine the final cost
- • we can also provide for success fees, depending on the outcome of the file
- • there is no hidden cost: expenses such as travel expenses are charged at their real amount and not on an inclusive basis ; administrative expenses are included in the fees
In all cases, a prior agreement signed by you and our firm provides for our fees.
